Saul is about 5’8” with shaggy brown hair that gets into his eyes and is chopped at the collar with a knife. His big brown eyes convince most people he is harmless. His rail thin figure makes most women with maternal instincts want to feed him. In a few years with a bit of work, he may fill out nicely, then again, being a wizard he will probably not get that kind of work-out. His facial features right now are painful sharp, with high emphasized cheekbones and a pointy chin. In a few years his face will fill in a bit and he will have a memorable face, if not a handsome one. The one very notable feature he has is his hands. His hands are large, his fingers are long and elegant and he looks like he should be creating art with those hands. He keeps them scrupulously clean.
Saul’s master/teacher was murdered by an elven wizard which he has recently identified as Gilthanis, the father of Kaeth and Saori.
